It is easiest to use WordPress to design a website. They have many plugins that can be purchased or even free that can offer an endless amount of expandability for a relatively low price. I use this myself and the customize the code to make it how I want it with a minimal number of plugins (this is also key as too many is also not so good).
There are 2 major regnskabsprogrammer: Dinero and Economic. Economic is a little more advanced and costs more, but it has way more features and while it is a little harder to learn, once you have learned it – it just works. Dinero is easier and for someone with a small clinic this is probably the best option.
I use terapeutbooking for patients (both for online booking, but also for journal keeping). It has the most features and integrations and it is kind of a pay-as-you-go system. So, if you are not using too many features and have few patients you do not pay a lot, but if you want to use the different integrations and addons or have many thousands of patients (like I do) then there is nothing better here in DK.
Most behandler do not realize for this and the regnskab they can track these amounts from SKAT. Terapeutbooking also connect to both dinero and economic. In economic for example it works perfecting with terapeutbooking and so most of that old “paperwork” of sending to insurance, or putting in your faktura amounts at the end of the day – all of that is automatic and saves me hours a day.
That is the best combination I have (WordPress website which connects to my terapeutbooking and that connects to economic) and what these 3 things cost may probably saves me at least 10 times the amount it would cost if I did not have them.
